A VIP Reader Club Apology
Hello ,
Sorry that you’ve had several emails from me on Friday and Saturday, and yes, I’m aware of the irony of adding to that number of messages, but I try to do the right thing, and you’re owed an apology.
In an effort to keep my costs down, I moved to a different newsletter provider, and it’s a bit basic, but I hoped it would be enough for our needs. Unfortunately, when I moved all the subscribers over, there was a technical glitch, so I queried the support team.
I didn’t hear back, but I was able to send out the newsletter on Friday, so I thought it was all okay. Later on, and unbeknownst to me, the support people tried to help, and they moved everyone from one list to another. This triggered the automatic series of emails that deliver the starter library, and it broke all the links on the download pages I’d set up at BookFunnel.
My head was in my hands when I realised what had happened, but I’ve figured out a way forward and I’ve put it right.
Firstly, I’ve fixed all the BookFunnel links for the starter library, and they should all be fine.
I’ve paused the automatic series of emails, and I’ve set up a new one for people who join from now on. This has effectively taken all regular VIP Readers out of the sequence, so you won’t get the rest of the automated emails.
But if you’re thinking that you wouldn’t mind checking out the starter library in case you missed anything the first time around, or you’re wondering if the freebies have changed since you’ve joined, here’s a link to a page that includes all 6 downloads:
